Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns:

Unopened cartons may be returned within 10 days of delivery or collection, subject to approval.
Products must be stocked items and in saleable condition.
A 15% restocking fee applies to the purchase price of the returned goods.
Special-order, custom-order, discontinued and installed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Bank processing may take additional time.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

These change-of-mind conditions do not limit customers' rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.
