What happens during an in-home measure?
We confirm floor area, substrate condition, transitions, access, stairs, skirting or trims and likely preparation. Those findings allow the final proposal to reflect the actual installation rather than a rough square-metre estimate.
Does Royal Flooring arrange installation?
Yes. Product selection, measure and professional installation can be coordinated as one service, with the installation method matched to the chosen floor and site conditions.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs are completed within one to two days. Larger projects or those requiring significant subfloor preparation may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeframe in your quote and stick to it.
Can I order samples before committing?
Absolutely, and we strongly encourage it. Seeing a sample in your own home, in your own lighting, against your walls and furniture, makes all the difference. Samples are free with no obligation to buy: order up to 3 and we post them for $10.00, or collect them free from a showroom.
