Delivery terms

Delivery quotes are based on the postcode, order size and access information supplied. Additional charges may apply if actual access differs materially. Customers should inspect products on collection or delivery and report visible damage or defects promptly, preferably before installation. This does not limit their consumer rights.

How delivery works

Flooring delivery is done by our own team. After you send your order, we email you the delivery price and a secure link to pay within 24 hours. You pay only once you've seen the delivery price.
Pickup: choose Oakleigh East or Bayswater at checkout and pay online. We'll contact you when your order is ready to collect.
Free samples: up to 3 samples (200 × 300 mm) per request. Posting costs a flat $10.00 including GST; collecting from either showroom is free.
Tax invoice: we email your tax invoice separately after your order.
