How much does flooring installation cost in Melbourne?
The cost varies depending on the product you choose, the size of the area, and any prep work required (such as subfloor levelling or old floor removal). After a free in-home measure we provide a clear, all-inclusive quote so you know exactly what you're paying before any work begins.
What's the difference between hybrid and engineered flooring?
Hybrid flooring is 100% waterproof with a rigid composite core — ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas. Engineered timber has a real wood veneer over a stable core, giving you the authentic look and feel of hardwood with better dimensional stability than solid timber. Our team will help you choose the right one for your space.
Do you supply and install, or just supply?
We do both, and we recommend using us for both. When our team installs what we supply, we can guarantee the product is laid correctly to manufacturer specifications, protecting your warranty and ensuring the best possible finish. We can also supply only if preferred.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs are completed within one to two days. Larger projects or those requiring significant subfloor preparation may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeframe in your quote and stick to it.
Can I order samples before committing?
Absolutely, and we strongly encourage it. Seeing a sample in your own home, in your own lighting, against your walls and furniture, makes all the difference. Samples are free with no obligation to buy: order up to 3 and we post them for $10.00, or collect them free from a showroom.

Do your prices include underlay and removal of old flooring?
